How to navigate the site

Use the menu at the top (hamburger icon on mobile) to access: Home, Videos, Categories, Creators, Shorts, Tags and Support. In the footer you will also find quick links.

Find videos by creators

Click "Creators" in the menu. You will see the list of creators; clicking on one opens their page with all their videos. Use the search if you want to find a creator by name.

Find videos by categories

Go to "Categories" in the menu. Choose a category to see only the videos on that topic. On the home page, you can also explore by sections and tags.

Find creators in Shorts

Open the "Shorts" section in the menu. Shorts are displayed in vertical format; when you tap a video you can see the name of the creator and go to their profile to watch more content.

Talk to support

Go to "Support" in the navigation menu. Log in, click "Request Support" and within seconds our team will be available to help. The chat is private and secure.

Change password

Log in and go to Profile (user icon in the menu). On the "Settings" tab, click "Change password". Enter your current password and the new password twice. If you forgot your password and cannot get in, we do not yet have automatic reset by email: talk to our team through the Support page, providing the email of your account, as the reset is done manually by support.

Subscribe to Premium

Click "Premium" in the menu or on the subscription banner. Choose the plan (monthly, quarterly, annual, etc.), fill in the email if necessary and complete with PIX or card. After payment confirmation, your Premium access is released immediately.

Payment problems

If your Premium access was not released after the payment, wait up to 5 minutes and reload the page. If it persists, get in touch through Support with the receipt and our team resolves it quickly.
