What is allowed
- •Watching and sharing links to public content on the platform
- •Creating an account and managing your personal profile
- •Commenting respectfully on the available content
- •Requesting the removal of content that violates your rights
- •Reporting content that breaches the community rules
What is strictly prohibited
- •Access by anyone under 18 years of age: content strictly for adults
- •Sharing, distributing or republishing content without express authorization
- •Making unauthorized downloads of videos or images from the platform
- •Using bots, scrapers, crawlers or any unauthorized automation
- •Sharing access credentials with third parties
- •Attempting to circumvent content protection systems (DRM)
- •Publishing or uploading non-consensual, violent or illegal content
- •Harassment, threats or abusive behavior toward other users or creators
- •Creating multiple accounts to evade bans or restrictions
Absolutely prohibited content
- •Any child sexual abuse material (CSAM): reported immediately to NCMEC and to the Brazilian authorities
- •Non-consensual intimate content (NCII/Revenge Porn)
- •Content that promotes real violence, torture or non-consensual degradation
- •Material produced under coercion or that violates human dignity
- •Content that violates Brazilian (ECA, CP, LGPD) or international legislation
Consequences for violations
- •Warning and immediate removal of the infringing content
- •Temporary or permanent suspension of the account
- •Cancellation of the subscription without refund in serious cases
- •Reporting to the competent authorities for illegal content
- •Legal action in cases of copyright infringement or crimes
