Copyright (DMCA)
Content that infringes your registered copyright
Privacy violation
Content that exposes personal data or images without consent
Illegal content
Any content that violates Brazilian or international law
How to Request Removal
Send your request through our support channel or report form with the following information:
- Exact URL of the content you want removed
- Description of the reason for the request
- Your contact details (name and email)
- For DMCA: proof of copyright ownership
- For non-consensual content: a statement that you are the person in the content
Response Times
Non-consensual content / CSAM: immediate removal (maximum 24 hours)
DMCA / Copyright: review and response within 5 business days
Other requests: response within 10 business days
Copyright Notice (DMCA)
XPlay Brasil respects intellectual property rights. Under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), when you submit a notice of infringement you declare, under penalty of perjury, that:
- You are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf
- The use of the material was not authorized by the owner, the owner's agents or the law
- The information provided in the notice is accurate
